    Stock WRX pressure

Is stock turbo pressure suppose to be around 14 PSI? It is 0.95 MPa. I've noticed when accelerating my turbo goes to around 1MPA, then goes down to around 0.8, 0.85 MPa. Well, I havent push it all the way yet, going to change oil tommorow, and do some maintenance, since just get this car.
I've searched here, but what I've found is from google.
