Spare set key is in ignition while phone is charging. Car is locked..so using the other set I try to get in but I can't remotely unlock or physical unlock. I can only get in trunk..Help please..

Does your trunk have a pass through in the middle that folds down? Have you tried to jimmy the rear seat out?

it doesnt make sense that you would be able to open the trunk, but not open the door. did you try all the doors and turn the key both ways?
