Just wanted to see if you're out there...going west on Roosevelt, '06, definitely not a stock exhaust...I'm the guy in the black Elise. Nice setup, sounded great.

Yep, the Elise is a very cool car. I wish they would sell the 340R here in the states. I'd really like one of those. Same chassis and engine as the Elise, cept lighter. One of my friends who has a 94 Esprit is supposed to be getting an Elise as well (yeah, he owns a multimedia company and is LOADED, but I haven't talked to him in a while). They are nice cars.
    Nice avatar btw:

Thanks! Make no mistake...it was no "kill," at least on my part. From the Elise community, I know the Elise and the STi stock are neck-and-neck up to about 70 or 80, driver-dependant...after that, it's the STi's show. Also, the Elise isn't a "nice" car...everyone who's ever seen the interior gets a disappointed expression on their face, and is like, "Oh...how much did pay for it again?" Moreso if they've heard the stereo.

Haha, glad there's another Homestar fan hanging out!

I originally wrote nice kill because I had a temporary lapse of intelligence and thought you were the STi owner. DOH!
Yeah, but those people who dog the interior and stereo aren't true car enthusiasts. F-em!
An Elise is an oversized, street legal go-kart. I would love to drive one. I wonder if I let Chris drive the STi, he would let me drive the Esprit. Hehehe.

Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures. Which is strange. I guess I've been too busy driving? Anywho, here's some pictures all the same, collected from Elisetalk members:

And, as an added bonus, you know that guy from Gray's Anatomy (I friggin hate that show, the g/f makes me watch)? Turns out you need to start respecting him a bit more:

    Patrick Dempsey FTW!
Ha, he belongs to the Elise club? Well I guess he can afford one...and to race it, and to repair it if it breaks or gets totalled, etc. Must be nice!
