would it be better to go for a cheaper regular 2003 wrx...or should i pay the extra for the spec-1?

i am not sure of the differences, but they seem mostly cosmetic

What does $30k in Canadian dollars equal in USD...?

You can pick up a nice '03 with that milage around here of around $14-$15k...

    29,995.00 CAD = 26,455.19 USD

Not worth it, I mean that car is just a yellow bugeye w/ premium package, an sti spoiler and the optional bodykit. You could get the same stuff on your own for a lot cheaper.

The car looks really good and if want the car, I would haggle big time. Rare find. You should see how low they will go. If $29K is the lowest, then walk away.
