    stock clutch

    how gnarly is the stock clutch, can it take a beating? or is it a wuss and needs to be babied constantly? can it take double clutching?

    there have been threads of people on here with like well over 300 whp on thier stock clutches.

    i have stage 2 plus a bunch of other stuff and i also have 85k miles on ym car and i do the occasional beating on it. and it never slips

    The stocker will last you a long while, even with substantial power mods as long as you take care of it. Take it easy on the launches and you'll be fine.

    double clutching is actually better for it.. so ya.. it can take it lol.

    the clutch can take just about anything you want to throw at it.
    our transmissions are another story. AWD is beautiful until it breaks.

    Im at cobb stage 2.5. I have 15,000 miles on my 05. My clutch is going and i will be getting a act street clutch next week.
