The treadblocks are too small; in the case of the Eagles too narrow is more like it. I quickly tore them up the first time out. The Eagles sidewall is on the soft side, another drawback. The veterans in the club all said the same about the Eagles. Last year was my first year at autox. When I bought the Eagles I did not have autox in mind for them. They are a great street tire.

Tires with larger treadblocks are better suited for autox. I have a set of Faulken Azenis RT615 ready to use. A very popular tire with the group I run with.

No problem. If I ever get a dedicated set of rims for autox, I would make the Eagles my summer street only tire.

Another popular choice with the autox'ers here is the Hankook Ventus Rs2 Z212.

I just got the Faulkens here: http://www.edgeracing.com/

    Highly recommended.

One observation, your s4 is looking lonely on you web site. You need to a chick on it fast. Before it gets jealous of the mustangs.
