    Hey all,

    Just bought a 06 impreza i today, dang wish i had had the extra 5K for the WRX, but alas life dictates ui must create mine. so first thing i notice is the revlimiter, Jeesh i already hate it , How do i Get rid of it
    Any relies and future advice on performance would be greatly appriceated

    Welcome to the club.

    It is a good idea to follow the proper break in process. Also the rev limiter is there for a reason. If it wasn't there you would blow your engine in 2 seconds.

    no i have not, actually i cannot even drive it until muy back surgery, my wife doing baby in process, but when we did test drive at dealer we noticed revlimiter, was what my question was, in a few months i will start mod process, was just asking for proper order, knowing Turbo a nono

    Srry i wasnt very clear, i will try to be more cleart in future, but thabnks for any input.
    Dont think i will get car from wife niow though, she fell in love with it
