Unfortunately the dealer is a stones throw away from my house (1.5 miles) so not as much as I would have liked. Oh the bright side, I got to test drive it for over an hour on Sat. so that made up for it. Ma I tell you the deal I received on the car was almost unbeatable. Retail for 25095.00 Paid 15683 with a 2002 Jetta with 46k on it for trade. Just hit 200 this morning and I am the happiest person in Jersey now.

    Welcome to the board...

On a side note when will we make of standard of stating what someone pays for the car. Was your OTD price 25,000 something and they gave you 10,000 for the trade? It is really hard when someone says they got the car for 15,xxx to figure out what they really paid for and what the cars are going for. Just listing your OTD price is probaly the best way to base the price/talk down prices the dealers are given.......RANT OFF$$$$

The OTD was 20k But I know someone who knows some one and I got a wholesale purchase on the car. IOW 10K off. Trust me I was shocked also when I saw the numbers,I had to suppress my glee. I guess the old adage ," It's not what you know it's who you know" has a ring of truth about it. First time it ever happened to me.
