Personally, I think it's a good path if you are looking for the power upgrade.

I think Cobb is sells some of the best engineered products out there, and I like that fact that when you talk to them, you are talking to more than just a sales office.

One recommendation though. Check around on the "for sale" forums here and at other boards for the same Cobb items (DP, TBE, AP, etc) before you buy new. They are built so well that even used, you usually won't have anything wrong with them. You could save quite a bit of money that way. I would by a used Cobb TBE in a heartbeat if it save me a hundred bucks or more. Ditto on the AP. Good luck!
