    2005 wrx ?'s

just bought my 05 wrx and i want to know if i can run a uppipe, downpipe, and cat-back with the cel fixes or do i have to have some kind of engine managment to run a full exhaust without cat's. also when i install all the exhaust do i have to reset the ecu by disconecting the battery and holding the brake down before i start the car up after the exhaust is all put on.

you can run those mods safely without EM, you just will not see the full power for those mods until you get EM.

i ran all that stuff without EM for at least 4 days before i stuck my utec in

u can feel the power increase without EM but it makes all the difference with it

to save yourself a little bit of cash, get the cobb stage 2 kit. if u wanna go all out, get the turboXS stage 2 kit!

You should get a boost gauge as your 1st mod so at least you'll know what your car is doing before adding any power mods.

As with any exhaust mod, you should at least get a boost and EGT guage.
