    I finally got my CGM WRX!!! Drove her 100 miles today and maybe a couple hundred more tomorrow.

    Man I can't wait to start modding...first JDM Lip, 18 inch rims then Stage 2...is there such a thing as too soon for Stage 2? What if it happens under 1000 miles?

    do the break in properly. I wouldnt put any mods on the engine until atleast 1,500 miles thats just me though.

    Nice car, I have a 05 CGM too. All the cool ppl are getting um

    It is the color of the car, Crystal Gray Metallic (CGM). Subaru uses various names for the colors so we just abbreviate them to make it easier. other examples of this are Java Black Pearl (JBP), World Rally Blue (WRB), etc.

    BTW, congrats on the car dude! you'll love it!!

    There was a girl in my auto-x club who named her WRX Wagon Roxanne. This was all lovely until she drove "Roxanne" head on into a guard rail at 50mph in the rain. Whilst "Roxanne" did an admirable job in protecting the occupant, "Roxanne" herself was sadly sent to the crushers. I tell you this story because a) the name "Roxanne" might be a curse for your car and b) it is decidedly unmanly to name your car.

    Hahaha thanks for all the welcomes. I know a ton of guys who name their cars and I always refer to my cars as women. I don't think it's unmanly to do it...I've heard worse on these boards (i.e. making out with my car, making love to the car, etc...)

    For the umpteenth time, "To each his own".

    Oh yeah, I'm also in the Costa Mesa area...I'll waive if I see yer black wagon.
