finally.....New STI

hey, as some of you know, been on here for 2 years or so, and i finally got my STI, its being paid for by me, parents are taking care of insurance. So ive been working my arse off to get the car. Got it saturday, finally got pictures, they blow, but better then nothing. I really couldn't be happier, this is like my dream come true, ive been grinning since i go the car. Cant wait until break in is over.

Very nice, very nice! I too am waiting for my break in period. Got my car last week, only put approximately 280 miles. Came off the lot at less than 2 miles. Once it hits 1000, i'm off!!

I just noticed that the 05 STi's have an outside temperature gauge. I was wondering if anyone has tried to put one of these on an 02-03 Rex. I've always wanted one, but never found any info on one.

The LL Bean Outbacks have them so I'm sure its a pretty easy thing to do.... Not really my cup of tea though. I guess it is nice to know when the road may be freezing over though. Nice purchase BTW.

yea it really does, the past year was pretty bad, all i could do was daydream about the car all day and night lol, i mean i know im young and all, and some people tell me i made a mistake by buying the car as a first car, but i really dont consider myself like the other kids my age, i dont even bother associating with them because they are all idiots when it comes to cars and even life in general(the kids around here at least). My best friend is almost 21, so that should say something, me being 17 and all. But i feel that i worked for it and im paying for it, so i think i did the right thing. Thank you all for your comments, and yes break in miles are the worst thing ive ever had to do. LOL

Nice car. Is that silver or Crystal Grey? Mine is the Gray, it has a hint of brown where the silver has hints of blue IMO. They are both really nice colors and almost makes the WRX sti look stealth.

well, i dont make 30,000 a yr., would be nice. So, heres the deal, i payed for the down payment out of my accout, 3,000, and im taking care of the payments, i also do side work with computers and work on my friends cars, so i get cash from here and there. My parents are taking care of the insurance.
