lol I think that's about the only think I like about it so far... which really isn't a big deal since I like to dynomat the interior anyhoo... now it's just 1 more think to take off XD BUT it does look nicer! I'm still set on the new WRX is more for the ladies... lol I think it's lost a lot of it's "manly" look to it...

You mean its a good looking car now? lol. The 02-03 WRX was very ugly, the 04-05 was a bit better, the 06-07 was in between cus it had ugly days and good days. This 08 model is actually attractive, has flowing lines, has a grill and headlights that go together perfectly and an interior to rival Acura and VW.

When you can beat most cars on the road it's hard to be a "chick car."

LOL whatcha sayin? chicks can't drive fast cars? I think the styling to it is just too.... girlie... the older stylings kinda have this face sayin "I'm about to kick your ass. and you're gonna like it." well... minus the bug eye style... lol they were more like "I'm hyped up on caffinated gas and I'm ready to goooooo!"

The official subaru pictures are much better. I dont think it looks half as bad as it did the in the first few pictures. I love the interior as well

ya ^^ the interior is nice.... lol just the .... wow... lol I was bout to say outterior... lol exterior is kinda... bleh... I'm sure I'll grow onto it and eventually own 1 but for right now I gotta get in my "ew this is ugly" talk lol

Trunk seems quite large, compared to what I remember about my sedan. Anyone know the trunk volume difference between new and old style WRX's?

LOL, if Im paying 25,000 for a car I want my trunk lid to not look like a tinker-toy. Also, w/ insulation it wont vibrate with a sub box in the trunk like mine. But i dont play it loud enough to really make a difference.

New trunk can fit 3 Tour golf bags w/ seats up. Hatch can fit 2 Tour golf bags w/ seats up.

Old trunk can barely fit a suitcase. The new sedan is 4.5" longer than the current model.

Gotta disagree with you on this one. I've fit both my own and my girlfriends luggage for a weekend getaway in the trunk of my '05 (and my girlfriend packs a TON of stuff) and all we had to put in the backseats was my suit, because it needed to hang.

+1 if I can fit all of my 782 gear (mil folks know what I'm saying) in the trunk and still have room, then the current trunk is really not that small

ok ok i was being sarcastic about one. BUT, all i know is twice a year i go on vacation in VT and have to take 4 people in my car. 4 bags BARELY fits, and then we stop at the NH Liquor store and trying to fit 12 packs of beer is nearly impossible.
