By the look of the engine bay on the edmunds site, that hood slit looks non-functional.. which is pretty dumb, i think (unless someone can point out differently). But That's one sick ride and interior... except the seats, i'm no fan of it.

I really like the seats/interior I think it looks cool modern and unique. Much better than the current one.

The exterior is rather yucky IMO. It's too blunt and the gray fron end really cheapens it up IMO. The way the front angles forward is just strange.

Performance will most likely be fantastic as the current ones are so I could probably get over a little ugliness here and there.

It does look a little more refined and les "OMGZ lets street race 1!!1!!". The last one looked like a lancer that someonw had put a ricey body kit on. This one looks more like a cohesive design.

There aren't really a whole lot of beautifully or originally styled cars that come from japanese companies though.

yeah there expecting 320hp and about 325 tq. But its weight has gone up 200lbs. But still the increase from 286hp to 320 still gives a + 6% power to weight ratio increase over the already fast evo 9. So even thought it weighs more, its still a better performance package. Than the evo 9.

Good to see VAG's new front end as seen on the VWs and Audis is catching on...

I actually kind of like it. Regardless, I prefer performance and reliability over looks, so reliability would be the limiting factor for me.

I also wish they would show it in different colors. I'm tired of seeing it in that maroon.

I really like it. I thought audi styling cues as well but the new Skyline GTR seems to have the same front end....should also be out in 08 if memory serves me correctly.
