    Is this normal?

While in service at a dealer that I don't want to name, my back bumper got whacked by a flunkie and they replaced it.

I then noticed this hole which is on both sides.

    Normal?

Im looking at a Rally Armor mud flap install guide and video and it looks to be normal to have that hole exposed.

I believe there should be a clip there. Take it back and point it out.

This. Usually there are plugs or clips for each hole in the wheel arch.

    Nice tire choice btw

Me neither. I'm still on my Dunlops for summer use. ~20K on those tires. They're not bad, but I can't wait to swap them next year for MPSSs

They said that this is completely normal as they looked at 3 different 2015 WRX's on the lot - for the mud-flaps.

And, my wife has a 2014 CrossTrek and it has the same holes.

Thx for the replies - carry on.
