EDIT: Just thought of a question for you Cee. Do the launch editions come with a number plaque inside the car?
Nope, not a single thing like that. I was a little disappointed because of that. The limited edition Mazda my buddy owns has a gold plaque stating the number that looks really nice on the console. I imagine someone will throw up a page of the VIN numbers that were launch editions though.

Lol. I like the smiles on people's faces as they pose with their new cars. It sums up the 2015's perfectly!

I, for one, am absolutely in love with my 2015. The car could have 160hp and still be a blast to drive. The speed that the car carries through corners is absolutely insane.

I had a smile on my face the whole drive home, except for the moment when I saw a cop sitting in the median.

yeah, they were Limited models. One of them has the short throw shifter option. again.. that was sticker price, I don't know how much wiggle room they have, if any.

I can't make up my mind between the Launch Edition or Limited. LE is 2 weeks out whereas the Limited I'd have to order Any opinions/insight would be appreciated

From what I've seen the Launch edition is just a Limited with gold wheels and blue accents on the seats. Personally I would save a little money and just get the Limited.

i thought they were comparable in price. plus the launch edition is 2 weeks away instead of 10 and might hold value a little better due to it's exclusiveness. i'd stick with the launch edition.

i may also be saying this because i'm 5 weeks into my order and my patience is starting to deteriorate.

I'm only two weeks in and I feel ya. Plus, my FR-S is loosing value every day/mile so the sooner the better. Also, I don't want to get into a brand new car because this one came sooner and end up doubting my choice down the road.

Also consider the package. The Launch Edition comes with Keyless Entry & Push button start without the crappy Navi. That was something I was happy about in getting the launch edition. Also the other things it came with were high on my list like..
    Security system,$160
    All weather Mats, $70
    Short throw leather shifter. $340
Heated Mirrors, windshield wipers, and seats,
Auto Dimming Mirror Compass and Homelink, $260
    Leather center armrest, $144
    Cargo Tray, $70
    Bumper Protection Film, $140
    Wheel Locks, $30

So I was happy with the whole package. What I missed out on though was the sun-roof which my last car had and I very much enjoyed. So I'd just compare them apples to apples. I love the look with my gold rims! I've already caught a few people staring while I'm out driving.

Launch edition is cheaper than the Limited.
