I am getting frustrated by wheel options :|

I want to stay close to the stock size and offset, but pretty much the only option which come up with a 17x8 50-55 offset are the Enkei PF01 and VR5. going to ET48 opens up a couple of other options like the GTC01 or Oz Ultraleggera and Allegerritas. Has anyone found anything in the ET50 range other than the two Enkei's?

What do you guys think of these options on Galaxy Blue? I can't find any in my city to look at so I have to purchase based on internet pictures.

    Enkei VR5

    Enkei PF01

    Oz Ultraleggera

    Oz Allegerrita

I know, just trying to avoid bringing the wheels out too much. I really like the Ultraleggeras - the Legerra is even nicer, but getting size information from Oz is like getting a famous supermodel to show you her boobs (as in, someone somewhere could work it out but certainly not me!).

@MWF, NT03 is not the same size as stock.

I love my Ultraleggeras. However, next time I will do Allegeritas.

    Thanks guys,

I appreciate the responses. My local dealership is of the mindset that "you know what it is, you shouldn't need to test drive it before you buy." I got to test drive the STI because I knew the Sales Manager. I had asked to try a BRZ before and the sales person said "only if you're buying and have put down a deposit." In my town it seems Subaru is considering itself a premium brand. I've never had that much trouble anywhere else getting behind the wheel of a car to experience and evaluate it. At this point if I want to buy a WRX it will have to be without a test drive. That's why I asked for your opinions on the difference in ride quality between the standard WRX and the WRX STI. I wouldn't have been able to handle the ride of the WRX on a daily basis commuting for the time that I'd actually put the taught suspension to good use. Hearing that the standard WRX is more compliant and torquier is encouraging. The STI felt fast when I got going faster than I should be driving for speed limits. I prefer grunt over outright speed and it sounds like the standard WRX is better for that. Thanks again guys, I have to rely on your opinions before I commit as "Test drives are only for those that are serious."
Horrible policy for a company that believes in their product.

The Legerras are my favourite, but I don't know if they will come in more than a +45.

I thought I saw either here or NASIOC that the sport package black wheels for the WRX are only 20 some odd lbs oppose to the stock ones that are 24 and some odd? Am I mistaken?
