And don't ever, ever own a VW DSG that is not under warranty.

I've always been curious about the quoted hp on wild, never-to-be-produced prototypes.

Hans: Ve have not decided on ze horsepower.
Frans: Vell, no one is impressed by 300 hp, any more...shall ve say 400 hp?
Hans: Nein, nein, ze new American Corvette makes more than that. Vat do you tink about 500?
Frans: Ja, okay..but too round. 503hp? It's not like ze hp vill ever be confirmed! <Hans and Frans laugh heartily>

First time I've seen that concept. Looks like the AWD in this concept version fixes some issues they had with this previous concept. Be interesting to see if this ever makes it to a track circuit. I know concepts are just showing what is possible. I like the two doors and twin scroll turbo like BMW has been doing for a while in their coupes. Maybe the next generation WRX will get some of this technology.

I would choose bewbs, but that wasn't a poll options, ergo, invalid.

The interior does look pretty sexy, but what is with the one "Tron" beam coming down from the dash to the console that apparently serves on purpose but to get in the way of grabbing your (female) passenger's leg "to calm them down"....

I seem to recall there was something weird like that in the Audi TT, or at least the older model TTs. Oh those crazy VAGs...

    Ah, crazy indeed.

    On another note -

Speedometers. They must be analog style with a swinging needle and a dial. Same for a watch. Cars evolved from steam - it they achieve warp drive I'll reconsider.

I never got to watch them but now that I'm using Netflix instead of cable I've been going through them one by one lately. I got up to the Hilux episodes last night (had seen that part before though).
