I thought the new wrx would be a completely separate model from the Impreza. Maybe they're texting power plants and different drivetrains and they're using an Impreza shell as a test bed. Let's hope it's neither of the previous photoshopped pictures

ahahaha! Nice! Where do I preorder!??!Bingo. That's very obviously just an impreza-based engineering mule. Dial in the powertrain and handling on a cheap and readily-available platform. Subaru hasn't had reflector low-beams in the WRX since 2006, they're unlikely to start now.
