Not sure if it's for 2010 or 2011, but the sedan IS coming back. I haven't seen any pictures of it and the regional rep that I've spoken with a couple of weeks ago wouldn't say much more about it other than it coming back. He also wasn't very forthcoming about any mechanical changes, if any, so my guess would be that mechanically it will stay pretty much as it is.

Anyone else work for subbie that confirm this? I'm not going to trust Mr. 1st Post on it.

My Subaru mechanic went to Japan for a couple weeks and he said he didn't hear any news on the sti's. He assumes the sti is going to remain the same as far as specs go.

Well I originaly started this thread as I was looking to replace my totaled 06 WRX. If you notice this was back in Jan. So I just couldn't wait any longer for Subaru to get off their ass and give us some info. Now I'm the proud owner of an 09 370z. Maybe sometime in the future I'll get back into a Suby but for now their stupidity on not giving more HP to the 08-09 and not releasing any info on the 2010 has lost them another customer. I'll still check in from time to time. Thanks guys.

yah I guess Subaru and Mitsubishi are trying to wait for the other to release news on their sti/evo first, so they could one up the other in the hp wars.

Did u get the rev match option for the 370z?

It's fully loaded except for the NAV package. My girlfriend has NAV in her Vette and we rarely use it. Didn't think it was worth the extra 2500 for it. So yeah, it's touring with the sport package (has the rev match), illuminated kick plates, floor and trunk mats, and splash guards (which I'll probably take off). I also went with Yellow (500 extra) so that it matches my 280z. I thought about the blue as my WRX was blue but decided yellow was the way to go. The best part is that I got it for 800 UNDER invoice. My price out the door is 500 under MSRP, LOL. Actually the car should be ready for pick up in the next couple hours. . Happy 4th to me

Awesome; congrats on the new ride!

I just saw over on NASIOC that SOABlog kind of half-way confirmed that there will be no big changes for the 2010 WRX or STi (certainly nothing as big as the 08 to 09 changes). Hopefully there will be some small changes, such as them getting their engines sorted, and a new starting price. (Subaru seems to be competitive with the prices for their other rides, such as the new Forester, Legacy, and Outback, and will hopefully follow suit with the WRX and STi.) I saw an '09 on the lot that was on sale with 0% for 63 months. I've never seen a deal like that before around here...

I was just at the Scooby stealership and I talked to the GM who just came back from a dealers meeting with subaru a week or so ago. He pretty much said what Snowcat and others have said. He said he is pretty confident the 2011 STI will be a sedan, and will be available next summer. He also said that while he doesn't expect any changes in the 2010 WRX or STI, he said they were very tight lipped about the 2010 model Impreza. If nothing is changing, I'm not sure why they would be so secretive...

This sucks becuase I'm very tempted to get a 09 WRX with 0% financing, but the deal is good through 8/3, so hopefully some news will surface before then. I'd hate to get an 09, then the next day find out they made some cool styling changes or something for the 10's...

Hello Subaru! Give us some info!

Hello Subaru! Give us some info!
Honestly, if you have a 2006 STi I wouldn't even worry about it.
