You guys need to upgrade your brakes. Mine never even got hot enough to smell them or feel any fade or anything.

If that cop on 6 had pulled everybody over I was just going to say "But officer this isn't a Subaru. I'm not with these crazy bastards. I just pulled out into the pack of them."

Who was the guy in black RS that was leading? Great driver, I was glad that I was able to hang with him.

Same here... my brakes felt perfect at the end of the drive. I was astounded what a good rotor/pad combo will do. That was the first time I pushed these brakes.

he lives up there and drives it a lot, but i will say being 3rd in line was terrifying. Trying to keep up with him and the wagon with that white 09?? sti behind me was intense but a great time. I cant wait for another meet, but if it snows on that road i will sh!t my pants.

This meet did lead me to one thing however....i just put up my turbo swap on Pirates for sale or trade and am instead focusing on the brakes, suspension and maybe a couple visual aspects of my car. I realized that type of driving is what i love and the TD04 did just fine keeping up

Once you get suspension and breaks done you'll want to get more power. My 20G did great, I was in 3rd gear most of the time and in boost. I'd say stick with VF39 and start upgrading suspension. I was running stock pads and rotor with BF lines and Motul break fluid and didn't have any problems.

We need to go for a drive before you sell that vf39!

Sorry about that. I don't remember why I braked there. Probably because I didn't want to leave everybody in my dust.

    Scott,
I loved seeing your car going through those turns. I looked effortless.
