So i was pulling off my turbo back today and as i was doing so the 2 studs that are in the turbo broke off. So now i need to extract them. what do you guys think is the best way to do this? Should i pull the whole turbo off or can i just do the half that is involved?

You're going to need to drill into the broken studs, and use an easy-out. Not going to be easy in the car, but probibly doable. Honestly, you are all ready half way to having the turbo out. It will be a lot easier if you just take it out, and have it to work with on a bench, etc.

Just make sure that you burp your coolant when you reinstall it.

Seriously, it's not the snow I worry about, it's the traffic. You have every other yahoo out there w/ crappy tires, RWD car, or just plain inept at snow.

You'd think living in Denver, where it snows, that they'd buy a car equipped for the snow. Say.. AWD w/ snow tires for the winter and a driver w/ an IQ higher than the temperature?
