I just wrote the General Manager over at Mark Miller... he knows me.

More to follow.... but we'll see how interested they are in supporting the local Subie community.

Either way, the date is set..... the specifics will get worked out here shortly.

Well I already said I was gonna be there over on Slcsubaru.com But just to reiterate, yes i will be there come hell or highwater on the 18th of oct.

Where can I get some Slcsubaru pass around little business cards. I see millions of subies around town. Are we wanting to invite everyone or just whoever RSVP's?

Well, the event is open to all subies.... however, it looks like we're gonna get slcsubaru.com T-shirts

Which by the way, I'm incredibly stoked about

The cards are easy.... just look at the "Subie Sightings" topic, I created a post called "See a Suby, drop a card". I created a business card you can print yourself... just buy the business cards at Target for like $5 and you can print them yourself..... thats all I do. Keep in mind, we are re-vamping the logo to prepare for the T-shirts... so the business cards will change as well... but feel free to print them as is if you like.

As fas as RSVPs..... I've got 30 confirmed yesses in the first 24 hours of announcement...... wow. Granted, I'm sure there will be a few that don't show, but I'm also sure we'll have a few that just show up without saying anything. I've got a running headcount on the first page of the announcement, and I'm tracking 5 different Subie sites. Still trying to talk COBB intro showing up with one of their cars

I can't log in to SLCSubaru.com during the day (government firewall), but you'll be added to the list as soon as I get home today.... along with probably 10 more people--LOL

This thing is going to be MASSIVE.

Hey folks... someone hacked into SLCSubaru.com...... the website is gone. I have no idea how, or WHY someone would do this, but they did.

We are working on getting a new website up and running... but it appears that only a couple of the topics were retrievable.

As of right now, the meet on October 18th is still on... we'll see if we can get the website back up soon.

It's amazing how one ******* can ruin things for everyone.

Honestly, I have no idea how it works....

Don't forget.... All I had were moderator privileges... I may have run the site and organized all the meets, but fltwrx never gave me admin privileges, so there was nothing I could do to the site itself.

If I knew how to create a website, I would just do it myself.

Trust me... you have no idea how pissed I am about this.... this site was my baby.... now it's gone, and I have absolutely no control over it.
