2 15's?! 4-10's?! That is sooo much bass! I cant even imagine that. Way too much for my music taste. I cant imagine bumping to Vast or Filter or whatever else my ipod happens to play. I think I have like 4 rap songs on my ipod, thats the only thing i can think of that would sound good with a ton of bass, well or trance/Drum and Bass, and i do have quite a bit of that.

So what would a 5 channel amp run? Im not to familiar with audio. I thought two channels equals one speaker right? Or how does it work?

you'd be suprized what sounds good wth a lot of bass....Sublime, Metallica, Rage Against the Machine, Tool, hell i even used some Garth Brooks one time to embarrass the hell out of someone..thunder rolls has some bass

a 5 channel would run all 4 door speakers and your sub. One channel per speaker. Some amps you "bridge" to run a sub and give it more power.

And for the person who posted about a 5 channel amp, dont do it man. just run two amps. one dedicated to speakers and another to the sub. Your gains and pulls will never be the same. you'll end up under powering something and then your blowing stuff.

it was me that posted about the 5 channel amp and i would agree with you if he were a bass head like myself...however for someone that wants to run 1 10 or 12 a 5 channel can work out great especially if you can get a deal on one.

I hear the ones from superbright start to flicker because they overheat....... The ones from autolumonation have built in heat sinks to help with that problem. Check em out!
