yes you can begin with no experience. just take it easy and slowly dial in more spank and braking. and get a feel for what your car wants to do.

I've got about 17K on my stock RE92s. There is some tread wear on them. I'm a beginner so there will be no hooning from me, but I'm wondering if they'll fail a tech inspection or cause concern among the instructors?

Dope man. yeah im just afraid to mess up the car. but im sure it will be fine. I wanna go rally and street in the summer haha. I have been trying to find someone to help me out with stuff or even get together and talk or drive around or what. but yeah i guess i will mee some people at this event. wheres it at again>?
