running stage 2 i run 13.1 sec with 1.6 60 foot on stock sti tires. i'm having some doubts about how well my car is tuned due to my overall 1/4 mile time. i like my 60 foot though. when i run nos it's 12.9 sec with 2.0 60 foot on stock tires. i have some traction issues to deal with. i have some slicks but haven't ran them yet.
oh ya, i forgot to mention that my track was stripped of all the rubber last winter and has a very bad time with traction. i have a high 9 second 68 camaro and this last year was having a very hard time hooking up compared to the previous year.

yeah, a 1.6 60-foot seems pretty low for a stage 2 WRX... also, 13.1 isn't too good for a stage 2 STi, wonder what his altitude is

what is everyone's lowest 60-foot (stock and Stage 2)? mine is 1.90 stock, i'm still learning to launch

it's an sti. i'm going to build the block now and try to get about 700 awhp. i think the improper tune had my car doing a lot of wierd things. i blew up my engine yesterday on the highway playing with nos against my buddy with a vette. at least i spanked him badly before it blew. it'll be a few months before i'm up and running again but hopefully with a built block and a gt-40 turbo on it. now i'm going to go cry about my engine with only 16,000 miles on it.
i think my best with stage 2 was 1.615. never tried stock.
My last time out I was having a tough time getting the front wheels back down into the beams, but I pulled a 1.119 60' time tripping the lights with the oil pan or part of the chassis.
Best 60'? Not really sure. I would have to go back and check slips.

yah when you do let me know. I just have the panel filter and the silencer removed. I have the LM wrx tho so tad more weight. When i finally get to stage two which will be in 07 id like to run it, i just turned 8k and she seems to have livened up a bit and ready for a lil more go.
