How about the 17x8 Kosei K1 TS? It's roughly the same weight and price as the Enkei, and some might say it's a little better looking. Tirerack is showing them backordered until 12/1, but who needs them now anyway?

FWIW, the Enkei ES-Tarmac pictured here:

    http://www.rallispec.com/prod_wheel.htm

    -comes in 17x8 5x100 +45
-weighs the same as the RFP1
-has a little better access to the lugs than the RPF1
-Doesn't require a hubcentric ring (or at least, I'm not using one, and Rallispec never told me I needed one). I borrowed a teammate's RPF1's once and we had to swap the rings onto my car but I don't know if they are necessary.
    -clears Brembo and Stoptech
    -cost pretty much the same

I don't know if anyone other than Rallispec sells them but I'm quite happy with mine. I just couldn't find a set of gold RPF1's on sale, and Rallispec was having a group buy on these. It's another option... if you can live with the white

I really really like those wheels! I can live with white but I could also get them stripped and powdercoated...

I just noticed that they are not selling the wheels in 17x8 for the WRX bolt pattern... BUMMER!

I do like the RC-T4 wheels. But I don't see weights on any of them.

Great place for various wheel weights http://www.wheelweights.net/

    Simplify your life.

    1. enkei rpf-1 not the best looking wheel, but as Jen said, there's a reason they're popular.

    2. 5zigen fnor-1 almost as light and a little cheaper.

I was looking for the weight on www.wheelweights.net but they were not there.

Eh, I've got a couple months to make up my mind... I want my cake and to eat it too!

I looked at those wheels too as they come in 16x8 as well I had white Volks before- I actually like white on white

The Subaru bore is 56.1mm- those are listed as 73mm- so it would probably be worth getting some rings for them.

If money was not the issue, I'd have these.

Of course the 17x8s are Japan only.

I think that Forgeline, HRE, CCW, or Fiske would be on the top of my list if I didn't have to worry about money....

I've been eyeing up the 5zigen fn01r-c - 17x8 18 lbs < $200 depending on the color, and I think they look great:

I really like these wheels but I don't think that i can find them to fit the WRX... They are the popular wheel for Bimmer guys.

The K1 is a very popular wheel (and pretty light too!) but your correct - no suby fitment

Well, they are like the RPF1's in every other way... so that does make sense
