I am in Fort Worth as well. I need to get my car out there, I keep meaning to. Do you plan on going out there again any time soon? Would be nice to benchmark my 06 Stage 2 against a stock STi.

And no, not common to have the same 60' two passes back to back. That is a good thing though, means you are consistent.

Pretty damned rare to get the exact one too the thousandths. Tenths, not uncommon, hundreths... a good racer can do it close to often. Thousandths back to back as a new racer? You're probably one of the first!

I do believe it though with how close the rest of the numbers are.

Shifting has no effect on the 60ft. That's the point of the 60ft... to measure your launch.

yeah i was pretty proud to get a good launch on the first try and match it on the next run

i just held the rpm's at 4500 and slipped the clutch fairly quick....being a high mileage car i really didnt want to fubar the center diff

so are my times close to what 05 sti should run?

thanks for the compliments sinister...i like your wrx very clean engine bay setup

    Thanks for the compliments!

I have no idea what 1/8th mile times are for the STi. We do 1/4 here, and my D.Altitude is 6000+ft more than yours
