    Seriously though and back to topic, I'm personally not looking down on anyone.. its not racing, and though no one HERE mentioned that but me.. it IS mentioned quite a bit out in the motoring world. It grates my nerves because while it is a form of "motorsport" undeniably by definition.. its not racing.

    As I said, anyone who can handle a car that way has skill.. I just dont find anything exciting about it. Just like I dont get fired up about football or baseball or basketball... no interest in it.

    The funny thing is that I'm not really into drift either... I think it's cool and all but as someone said, it's just a fun thing to do and mess around with your friends.

    I don't really know how you could call it racing at all... it's not about getting from Point A to Point B in the least amount of time, which is essentially the definition of racing.

    Still, OP started a thread about how he likes drifting and then this big group drops in and starts beating him over the head for a point that he never made...

    let the guy have his fun...
