WRC Wales RallyGB Nov11-14 talk/results spoiler*

Thanks to my sister who took me to Thursday of Rally GB, which would have included Shakedown service and SS1 , alas they cancelled shakedown for thursday and held it on wednesday eve. Arrived there at lunch time and the service park which normally (if shakedown had been on in the morning)would have been a hive of activity was pretty quiet, still the weather had faired up kinda was still windy as with gusts up to 50mph !! so wandered the service parks getting the photos i could altho imho access to the top teams was more restricted than the previous year..., got inline early for the autograph/meet the drivers/co-drivers but again chaos ensued with the press and folks jumping the lines etc !! ...the same happened at the starting ceremony before the start of SS1 , next time they should have the press in one area like last year so the spectators can see the drivers etc

Tremendous pics, Andy, thanks for posting! Wow. Fav. shots are the Skoda and the Saab.

Weather looked "perfect" for the rallye. In contrast, yesterday in SoCal I mowed my lawn wearing a T-shirt and shorts... Loved the rainy night shots, they captured a great atmosphere IMO. Thanks again!
