There are subarus at 6000ft altitude running high 12's without upgraded pistons.

Gears are a different story though. But at sea level you should be able to run consistent 12's if you don't have a glassbox.

Hey Sinister do you think that a 20G running at enough boost to put down about 350 would require new pistons?

On the 2.5L, EWG'd Blouch TD05H-20G with the upgraded 8cm^2 hotside and full supporting mods.

    I think a TD04-13T would be a better route

Probably not... But that's not a guarantee. It's possible. 350whp shouldn't blow pistons though if you're at a conservative AFR and low EGTs.

2.5L owners asking about 20Gs makes me want to throw $$ at mine

based purely on cost, the HTA68 is sitting solidly in my sights right now.

If you can't get it with the upgraded exhaust housing, it's $$ pissed away

Yeah where do you get that? I was looking at the 20G then I read up on the 68HTA.

Is there a place that I can post a build up? More then likely since this forum has guided me so much I figure I could give back some how.

    7cm^2 hotside

On the 2.5L, it's mismatched. With an EWG, the top-end choke can be negated, but until then,
