Faasst All Out Drags Aug 14th (tentative schedule to change)

Gates open at 7AM
7AM to 8AM is tech inspections and waiver signing.
8AM to 10AM will be test and tune runs for qualifying time.
10AM to 11AM will be time to coordinate teams and grid lane assignments.
11AM will start ¼ miles competitions at the line, you will need to be in an assigned grid lane to run!
4PM close all competitions for Friday Night Drags.

This is going to be a team and individual competition. Your grid assignment will be based off your qualifying times. This is going to be run like Pinks all Out style with heads up starts and staging lights only. Hand drops will be your signal to launch. Whoever is at the end of the ¼ mile first wins the heat. Winner goes to winner bracket, loser to loser bracket. This is a double elimination set up until you get into the Finals. Winner’s bracket will be like winning the semi-finals and will have to wait until the loser bracket is dwindled to one car per grid lane to run against the final winner/loser bracket for the Finals. Your car will be classified as below:

¼ Times - Grid Lane Assignment

10-10.99 sec – 1
11-11.99 sec – 2
12-12.99 sec – 3
13-13.99 sec – 4
14+ sec - 5

You must consist of a team of 5 cars, one per grid lane. If you do not have a team upon arrival, you will be assigned to one the day of. It is highly recommended you register as a team with a defined team name (keep it clean). You can get a team together the morning of the event during test and tune cycles. Empty grid lane assignments will be counted as a draw and will not have any negative points to smaller teams, but you are looking to get the highest number of wins for the day! The extra cars not in a team can still compete for top times in their grid lane and other classifications below:

Prizes awarded to:

• Team of 5 with most number of wins
• Top times per grid lane assignment (5 total)
• Subaru vs. Evo per grid lane assignment (5 total)
• Import vs. Import per grid lane assignment (5 total)
• Domestic vs. Domestic per grid land assignment (5 total)

***A large amount of door prizes will be given away to all entered racers and spectators!***

Rules (subject to change)

Jump the launch signal, you lose. No late entries once competition has started. There will be a tech inspection just like any other track day, fix your car before you come to the track! You must pass a tech inspection. If at any time you run faster than your qualifying ¼ mile time during competition, you will be placed in a higher bracket, no exceptions. A current approved helmet is required for all times and roll cages per PMP’s requirements.

Skid Pad practice option with Judy on the 14th

A brand new skid pad area is to be built at the track by August. So if you are not wanting to compete in the ¼ mile event, you can practice on the skid pad with Judy from Faasst Performance Driving School. A skid pad is designed to tell you at what point your car loses its friction with the pavement. As always, this will be a safe environment to test you and your car’s abilities with Faasst, PDS. A tech inspection and an approved helmet is required!

***Feel free to stay back for Pueblo’s own Friday Night Drag competition afterwards to watch or participate!***

I Want to go FAASST Road Course, Aug 15th

Gates open at 7AM
7AM to 8AM is tech inspection and waiver signing.
8AM to 9AM is warm up/ scouting laps.
9AM to 10AM is a track walk for all.
10AM is open lapping sessions for all in designated categories below.
12PM starts all competition timing.

Pueblo’s road course is one of the best in Colorado. It’s a 2.2 mile, 10 turn road course with over a ½ mile of straightaway. The Finish Line Café will be open both days along with clean restrooms, no port a potties!!

Session Categories

• Soap Box- Lap times over 1:55
• Flintstone- Lap times between 1:45 and 1:54:99
• Ricky Bobby- Lap times under 1:45

This is an all on your own competition. We will be using a transponder timing system, so if you have your own transponder bring it. You will be looking to be the most consistent driver on the course. This means during your assigned session there will be a low amount of cars on the track so you can be all by yourself, this is easy to do with 2.2 miles of track… You will be trying to lay down consecutive lap times with the lowest variance between your laps. For example: car 1 runs 1:55, 1:56,and 2:00; car 2 runs 2:00, 2:01, and 2:00. Car 2 would win because it has more consecutive times with less variance between lap times. I do not know how many lap sessions we will get in due to time constraints, but it will be more than enough to satisfy your needs! Open lapping will continue afterwards if we have spare time. I’m scheduling you will get 2 competition lapping sessions and 2+ hours of open lapping with a smooth operation.

Prizes awarded to:

• Most consistent driver
• Most consistent in category (3 total)
• Most improved lap time throughout the day (Soap box group only)
• Faasstest lap time of the day
• Subaru vs. EVO most consistent driver per session category (3 total)

Rules (subject to change)

No late entries once competition has started. There will be a tech inspection just like any other track day, fix your car before you come to the track! Any one lap time faster than the current running group will bounce you to the faster group, no exceptions. You must pass a tech inspection. A current approved helmet is required on track at all times.
