The only thing that there is no excuse for at the drag races is not showing the slip, or the numbers.
If you were laying off the launch to keep parts in it, that is wisdom. These babies gotta get us to work on Monday. Running and not telling us what it ran is jailable in fourteen states.

Just wait for the one that will roll out in about three weeks. It will be a west coast car, but will set a new standard in the 63' Vette pro mod world. With a sponsor that has been out of drag racing for a little while. It will be awesome.
