There has not been any work that I have heard of with aftermarket performance parts for the 09 wrx yet. Cobb said they would be working on aftermarket parts and EM, and should have something by December or so.
If I had to make a wild guess, I'd think that a stage 2 setup (downpipe and EM) would get you close, what with the larger turbo. Like the man said though, no one really knows for sure, yet.
