We didn't quite reach our goal of an 8 second pass, but I'm starting to think it is next to impossible on these tires and the factory IRS suspension configuration. It launched pretty hard (Best 60' 1.45) but as soon as it hit second which was out of the traction compound it was all over the place. We may try again this season, but it's getting a solid axle and bigger tires this winter for sure!

Edit: I forgot to mention this pass was at about 830whp as anything more would simply overpower the tires at half track.

With the MPH number, it shows that the power is there and can get to the ground, but some times keeping the traction is not as easy as it seems. Having great track conditions is something that happens less often than one would think.
