Thats some serious cash required for what your goals are. My recommendation would be new ( better ) tires first, then sway bars and end links. After that if you got the bucks a coil-over set up would be wonder full your choice on the brand I would prefer Tein. If thats to costly a good Strut-Spring combo should work in fine. Im sure you could through in some strut bars some where in there.

Big-Sky might chime in and give you some better advice.

Edit- For better braking performance Stainless Steel brakes lines and new pads are a good start, If you new rotors DBA makes some preety nice ones. When putting in new lines its a good idea to run a Dot-5 (or was it 6) brake fluid such as Super ATE blue.

First, let's figure out what your real goals are for your suspension. How many events do you plan on running each year? Do you want a top shelf suspension or something that is reasonably competitive, but will still work well for street use?
