Ok sorry for the double posts...

Here are some pics from this afternoon!

You can barely see my buddy's STS Dodge Peon... (who's 15" K1s FIT MY CAR!!!)

As for the offset bushings... I didn't get that far into it because I tried jacking around with the trailing links but the nuts either need heat or an impact. And i was starting to run out of sunlight so dropping the subframe was not high on my list. I am hoping to get some lift time tomorrow before my alignment.

I'd recommend don't align until you get the offset bushings in (and take pics!)- they will require a new alignment

also measure your ride heights (all corners) and get them exactly where you want them before you align- changing ride heights will change your alignment

Measured today I like them! Every corner is even and a 35mm drop from the stock numbers.

Yeah that is why I hope to get lift time tomorrow... For a second I almost canted the plates but decided not to.

    good deal

w/ the extra caster of the bushings I think that's the right decision

Oh jeez, I guess I need a project thread too. I had been meaning to make one for NASIOC and have most of it written up.

Short update: I got my RE01R's mounted. I stacked them next to the Yokos.

Both are 235-40-17. Both are mounted on 15 lb, 17x8, +45 Enkei wheels.

The Yoko stack is mayyybe half a centimeter taller, definitely not a full centimeter. So for them "running wide" I don't see it unless the RE01Rs also run wide.

One goofy thing... the treadwear on the 235-40-17 RE01R is 140 even though the rest of them are 180. Can't really explain that one.

John, get with it! I tried to PM the dude in the Project Section but he doesn't allow them... so I'll forget Nasty Sock and stay here with my tech!

Oh yeah, and you were right on the konis!

I did a really exhaustive writeup of last year's suspension tuning and I had gotten permission to post it as a Project Car writeup, I just never turned it into a vbulletin post. It's a google doc right now.
