I have been a member of NASA for about a year now. I volunteer in and around Ohio. Looking to get involved in the racing this year, maybe even test for the license!

    Y hello thar!

    Hankook RS2's (245/40-17)
    Neovas (235/40-17)
    Goooold RPF-1's (17x8)

Discount Tire Direct has a warehouse in Ohio so I got the Neovas and the Enkeis FAST! The Hankooks were payment for an incredibly late coilover rebuild, probably just going to sell them and buy Dunlops.

It was nice seeing it all arrive on the same day

Lots of work to do tho...

can't tell really well from the pics, curious the difference in width from the 245 kooks and 235 Advans (have always heard the Advans ran wide-ish)

your avatar is borked by the way

Yeah - each stack in that picture is 2 Kooks, 2 Advans. I haven't put them side by side yet.

They're sitting next to each other now in the basement.

Oddly the Kooks are noticeably taller and the Yokes are not a lot wider than the used RE070's I have. The Kooks are a lot more rounded and the Neovas are a lot more square... I suspect this has a lot to do with it.

I'll try to take pics later.

My kooks are rather large for their size 225, when I took a ruler to them they were about 230+ mm wide

They are also very rounded, and seem to chunk a lot on the shoulders. And I have one tire that is wearing really funny even with good tire pressure and an alignment.

So has anyone heard about the new ST* tire entries? I am temped by the Dunlops!

Also, I have a change to pick up a Perrin Dual tip cat back, worth it or should I try something else?

I'm trying to get a set of Dunlops this week, but my tire guy is saying they are back ordered.

If I can not get those, I may have to spring for a set of Yoko's. Ouch. $$$
