I thought id get into the 13's. Maybe the G-tech is off. My clutch needs to be replaced soon too.

Get your 60ft down to 2.0 or less and you'll be in the 13's.
But really using the G-tech doesn't count, you need to take it to a track to find out what your car will actually do.
G-Techs are handy if you're doing a little tuning. It's certainly better than seat of pants tuning, but as said above for real times you need to visit your local drag strip.
