US Rally Schools + info
Are you interested in driving or navigating?
Here's some choices but there are many others and if you don't like traveling you could contact your local rally-x group (via SCCA or other sanctioning body if necessary) and see if they offer informal semi-regular "schools" that you could attend.

from SD_GR My advice is:
Never, ever use your road car or even consider it.
Start with a modestly powered car and preferably something simple and FWD. An AWD 350HP monocoque with active diffs isn't what to begin in. Nor is a stock Impreza WRX IMO!
If you don't like vomitting while wearing a helmet then rallying is not for you.
Never build a rally car. Adopt one.
Also, in the US there are road-rally organizations that usually run in remote areas and are organized more like the old-style time/distance events vs. the stage/special stage events one might see on TV. Those you can use your road car in and they are fun and easier to get into. You might look at that as well. I believe several members here rally-x, road-rally, or both.
