    ^^ Those numbers don't add up to me.... a 1.8 50ft and 105mph?? I'd think the 12.9 would be closer to 12.5/12.6

The trap speed is perfectly matched for that time.

I must be skewed because I'm at altitude... it just seems off from the times I've seen

    I ran a 13.09 @ 104.xx. I don't remember my 60 ft.

    Imprezas running 12.8 - 13.2 usually trap 103-107.

Yea, I also ran 12.9 with a Jeep SRT8 that weighs nearly twice as much as a WRX/STi. Then I ran 11.99 in my Trans Am. The weird thing is, it didn't take much to get these cars that fast, and I could still drive them home reliably without fear of breaking! Cast iron block, FTW!

    My Merkur XR4Ti 2.3L 8v, bone stock, with addition of 21psi, Volvo 740 FMIC, ran 13.1 @ 109 w/ 2.6 60 footer.
No traction at all for 1st and 2nd.. pulled like a scalded ape in 3rd/4th, though..

My Beetle ran 10.90s all day, with 2855cc NA Pauter motor, bus trans, with 1.4 60' and mid 115-118 traps.. Ran out of gear..

That's really cool about your Beetle. Always wanted to soup up one of those older ones.

I was borrowing the SRT8 and Trans Am

That's awesome. I'd love to see pics. Oh and you know MILES gear? Yea, I thought it looked funny with the old BDU pattern on my newer (back then) Army camo digital pattern kevlar bucket That stuff was notorious for not working very well, or going nuts and buzzing constantly with no way to shut it off sometimes lol
