    Just went xpt stage 2 hoping for 12.9.
    Also a pretty high trap for only a 13.4...good run though

    Stage 2, you should definitely drop into the 12s.

    a. Intake: Dont use one

    b. Exhaust: Greddy header, Element up-pipe and downpipe, HKS catback but not used to race

    c. EMS: Hydra

    d. Turbo modificiations: Element Tuning GT75 rotated kit (basically a T3 T67), Turmosmart 38mm wastegate, Turbosmart Eboost 2

    e. Engine modifications: Element Tuning built 2.5 (Cosworth Rods and CP Pistons), Stock heads with Kelford 274 Cams, Aeromotive A1000 fuel pump, Aeromotive FPR, Ultimate Racing fuel rails and 1000cc injectors, Hydramist, Turbo XS frontmount, Turbosmart bov, Element catch can

    f. Drivetrain Modifications: ACT unsprung 6puck and xtreme pressure plate, stock flywheel, DSS front and rear axles, 16x9 CCW Classics, 255/50/16 BFG drag radials (front - 9.5 psi, rear - 8 psi)


    g. Weight Reduction: 3368 lbs with driver

    h. (NEW): Gas Octane: Sunoco 116 about 1/4 tank

    i. Suspension: JIC coilovers, swaybars have been removed

    j. DRIVER MODS:
    1. About 3 years experience
    2. Launch method: 7k rpms and 16psi on the anti-lag, pre-load the clutch and dump it

    Nope car was ran at Mason Dixon. Probably 2-3 tenths left in it at Cecil or MIR.

    haha it pulls daily duty of holding the garage down! but honestly the car could be a dd if it wasnt for the cage being such a pain and unsafe to drive on the street.

    Gets in the way everytime you get in and out? Clocking the old noodle on the cage?

    Fast: Throttle is lifted/clutch is engaged, but very quickly

    I have a 04 sti with a turboback, k&n intake and lightweight pully and went 13.4@105 with a 1.9 60ft. i dont get how i have the same trap as someone who went 12.9@105. i know my 60ft could be better, i was rev to 5k then slipped clutch. i was still learning how to launch. i am now xpt stage 2 and am hoping for 12.9.

    There could be many differet variables to cause different ET's at the same trap speed. Lowering you 60' into the 1.7 or 1.6 range will greatly help you out though. What rpm do you shift at with your current mods?

    just wondering what ppl were running in a stock 06-07 wrx... i ran a 14.2 stock and that was only the second day driving her...what do you guys think??
