Kind of OT: DC phone ban is the SH*T

So i was out of the country for two weeks and during that time, the ban on using a cell phone while driving (except hands-free) became effective. I've been driving around for two days so far and the difference is really noticable. Now fat nasty people who used to be talking on the phone while they drove are now shoving hot dogs down their faces.
Naw, really. People have both hands on the wheel. And everyone looks like they're talking to themselves.
    I hope they're banned everywhere.
One handed driving is for morons.

As AAA and other studies show, it isn't holding the phone to your ear causing the distraction, it is the CONVERSATION! This is another BS law designed to make money for the district and other municipalities that have this law (New York state, New Jersey, et cetera). This same law should ticket women who place make-up on while driving, shoving a hot dog into your mouth, anything that distracts while driving. As far as I am concerned, this is a very weak law.
