VA Emissions

I'm thinking about getting the TurboXS turbo back exhaust with one cat and was wondering if anyone has had trouble passing emissions in VA with it. I have a 2003 WRX, stock exhaust has 3 cats. Not sure if the one cat would be enough to pass. Let me know.....

I live in NOVA and have a 02 WRX w/ only 1 high flow cat.
I passed w/o any problems.
Warm up the car first, and maybe add some octane boost a couple of days before you go.
You should pass easily.

Now the visual, that's another story. But most inspectors don't care if you pass the sniffer.
