Was anyone there on sunday out at the BFGoodrich course when the guy wrecked the Acura. It seemed that a course worker hit the E-Brake on the driver as he was entering a turn, it swung the ass end around and slapped the curb hard. It broke the suspension (They had a course worker in each car with the driver making shure that cars didnt get beat on !)... Also I met with a guy named Dustin, he produces the DVD video series "Tekademics".. If you havnt seen the videos try to buy or rent them, it has a bunch of cannonball run type races on them. He was a great guy to to and very approachable,,, not the type of jaggoff that you talk to that has created a bunch of movies. All in all Thanks SEMA for seeing the east coast finally...
Its all fun and games till someone loses an eye....

    BF Goodrich test drive stories

I was there on Saturday and this guy...looked young was driving the blue STi.

He entered the turn too fast and ran over several cones.

This must have scared him because he FROZE up on the gas pedal and HOPPED the curb with the rear right wheel.

    Everyone was like WOAH!!!!!

The kid got out and looked like he'd just seen Hell.

The feild crew came and drove the car to the truck to check it out.
A half hour later the car was brought back out.

It was so obivous...the kid could not handle the power and lost it.
