street wars norwalk raceway fri.9/5

Just letting everyone know about street wars at norwalk raceway park tomorrow night. Gates open and racing starts at 9pm. $10 race or watch, no eliminations so you can get a lot of runs in.

Good night to go racing. The turnout was good but it was mostly V-8's. I managed to pull 4 13.7's in a row with just a boost controller set to 15psi. Can't wait to get an exhaust!

jezuz those are good times.. you are still in a 2002 wrx rite, your profile is still current?

I can't launch to save my life. I got new tires on and they are causing me to bog even more.

I have a utec installed, up pipe / turbo back exhaust, boost set at like 16 or 17 psi

and the best time i got with launch control turned on was something stupid like 14.5 with a 2.1 60' but my trap speed is like 95 or 96mph... So i know i can get that time down with a decent launch.

I bog soo bad i am falling into like 3300 rpms... With launch control on. I haven't been to a track where i could get more than 3 or 4 runs in so i can't practice

Lemme know next time you are going out. I live in cleveland too.. I had friends over that night so i couldn't go...

OT: what kinda spray kit you running? water/co2 ? where'd ya get it.. ? wanna help me install mine? heh j/k

tuesday nights are probably slow at dragway42 but thats south of medina..

norwalk has whupass wed...

thompson i don't know about..

Dragway 42 isn't as busy as Norwalk but if you're looking to run a good time, i would go to Norwalk. My friend runs 13.8's in his gran prix at Norwalk but can't get out of the 14's at Dragway 42. But if you don't care about running a few tenth's slower and would just like to get more passes, then i would go to Dragway 42. Fun either way.

I'm game for thompson, i've never been there and all so that'd be cool to goto a place like that.

So what is the reason behind dragway42 being slower. I primarily go there cause thats just where i've been going... I don't care. I heard recently that it is sloped slightly somewhere on the track so it makes it slower?
