1/4 mile strip in PA?

A freind and i are looking for a place to run the 1/4 mile. I'm pretty sure there's one up in the poconos, but I'm also trying to see if there's one a little closer to philly.

You could always roll out to Atco Raceway.
It's about a half an hour outside Philly. Not too far.
Real easy to get to off of Rt. 73 in Jersey.

Cecil County is more of a hike....but you don't need helmets, unlike you're running 11's.

Tuesday and Friday are open nights at Atco. I used to run my Monte Carlo SS and my 5.0 mustang there all the time. Saturdays are more of a serious racer night(might even be local track points stuff).
I read that some of the Subaru guys go to Atco on Sundays.
Dunno...
Tuesdays are less crowded than Fridays, and there are a lot of ricers and bikes on Fridays.
I'll let you know if we wind up going soon, maybe you can meet up with us on the way.
