    I was wondering if anyone from VA has had problems with cops because of their tinting? I found a shop that'll do my windows at either 38% or 28% all around. I would prefer to get the 28 but I don't feel like getting pulled over all the time. I also wasn't sure how picky they are for the safety inspections (has anyone ever failed because of too much tint?)

    Technically it's 50% front and 35% rear.

    You should be somewhat safe with 38% all around.

    If you have a medical condition which justifies darker tint.....
