Thats about as illegal as it gets. The civil rights lawsuits would be huge. Thats one way for the police to bankrupt the county. Their mostly inbreed down there anyway. Oh by the way how do you castrate a fairfax co cop.............kick his sister in the mouth..haha..

I live in Fairfax and have heard about this. Its really sad what cops will do these days. I am begining to hate the police more and more these days, go fight terrorism or something, this is just sad.

Yep, I agree it's a little overboard. Still frustrates me because I lived in Fairfax for 15 years or so, and never was bothered by cops for the 5-8 years I drove around in that area. Never got a ticket, etc. Yet I hear about things like this and other people being harrassed by cops. I guess I was lucky?
