So what happened to the sub-forums?

Apparently I must have missed the memo? I noticed late last night that the sub-forums had been closed. It seems like all the posts have been returned to the main forum. Andy or any other mods care to chime in and tell me whats up?

    Thanks
    Joe

Hi Joe and all the other Mid-A peeps I know.

Tim(blazinwrx) came to the decision yesterday and with my input from talking to other clubwrx members to split Mid-A into 2 seperate groups.

Mid-A with (Md/Va/DC/WV/Ky) since thats already a nice close knit group and all within your meet/events driving distances

    and into

Tri-State (NY/NJ/Pa) since they are a close group too.

This way its easier for all to find meets/events/dealership info or anything else pertaining to your local area.

It was brought about mainly because the "old" Mid-A was a huge /high member area , and a lot of peeps wether from NJ or Va or Md or Pa or NY etc would be I can't find local area info , or because they just could'nt be bothered to look thru the forum.

Personally I think this is a nice change for us all and definitely keeps both groups happy

    Andy your caring Scooby nut

p.s. I spent better part of 6 hours going thru all the posts and moving them around , I will still be moving stuff today too.

Thanks Andy (and other contributing mods) for breaking Mid-A into two more-regionalized groups! I think Mid-A is a lot better now!

    Andy,
I totally agree that splitting the forum into Mid-Atlantic & Tri-State areas was a smart idea. I was gonna suggest doing that in my first post but figured board leadership was working on something.

    Anyways, nice work guys

So, on account of the split, the subforums will be removed? Man, screw that. I can't stand those stuck-up VA jerks. I'm kidding, but... seruosly... sleep with one eye open. Kidding! Kidding!

Honestly, I think it would be best to close the MD, VA and Meets forum in favor of condensing it all into the Mid-Atlantic discussion. It's getting messy and information is spread too thin. Because with a MD, VA and events sub forums whats the point of the larger mid-atlantic forum? Essentially, its redundant. Anyone follow me?

the sub forums are md, va, dc, wv, ky; then the rest of the mid-a. no longer md and va individual sections.

Kentucky? How the hell did Kentucky get thrown into the MidAtlantic? I'm not looking to start any drama but KY ain't mid-atlantic.

IMHO the Mid-Atlantic region is as follows:

Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia
